Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

A wonderful dining experience. Great food that was very unique yet comfort type food. Drinks were great and staff was warm inviting and great service overall. The only issue is that we were only 3pp so couldn't try many things on the menu we would have liked. Definitely a unique place for a great meal.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, it was clear this wasn’t just a meal—it was a meticulously crafted experience. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, setting the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening. Each course was a masterpiece in its own right—flawlessly presented, artfully composed, and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were clearly of the highest quality, but it’s the creativity and precision of the kitchen that truly set this restaurant apart. Every bite told a story. The service was equally impressive—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being overbearing. It felt like the staff was genuinely invested in making the night special, and they succeeded.

Everything was great. We wound up going in a little early for happy hour and stayed through dinner.
