Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Rosemont

Always awesome! I had a trip to Chicago and booked a room at the DoubleTree for my first night so that I could have dinner and lunch at Gibson’s. It’s that good!

I was not expecting the restaurant to be a part of a hotel and not separate from it. It’s basically right in the lobby without any separation. I do feel it affected the ambiance a bit but the food was absolutely fantastic

We had a wonderful experience! The food and service were outstanding. The staff was attentive and caring. At one point, we were waiting for certain foods, and a person made sure those came our way. The food was delicious. We were celebrating our son's 21st birthday, and the staff made our visit very special. Thanks to everyone!

I took my 11 year old daughter here yesterday at 7 for her graduating 5th grade and we had the BEST service ever. I was truly surprised and both of our waiters who were together were the sweetest and made me and her night special and we would deff return. I just wanted to make sure I made it known that these two were the BEST!!!!!! And I didnt remember their names I'm sorry!
