- CClareSouth Carolina •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was our second visit to Otaru and it was even better than the first. This time was for my husband’s birthday and we were happy to see some menu changes! We got the Waygu appetizer to start, we both loved it. The pineapple was a nice touch to complement the waygu. Then we both ordered way too much nigiri but it was so worth it. We tried the eel nigiri which neither of us had had before and it exceeded both of our expectations, definitely worth trying. Everything was fresh and perfectly portioned. The real highlight of the night was our server Angela, she was an absolute pleasure to have take care of us this evening. Very informative when we had questions, personable, attentive but not overbearing, and we had great conversation with her about the Pittsburgh food scene! We would definitely have her take care of us next time we come to Otaru! It was a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband.More infoOTARUPrice: Very Expensive• Creative Japanese• Mt. Washington•4.7
- OOliviaPittsburgh / Western PA •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI reserved a table here for my boyfriends birthday. Morton’s the steakhouse did not disappoint!! When we arrived the greeter requested to take our coats and hang them up, which was very nice! We were seated about 5 min after arrival. The staff were very attentive and kind. They had a great set up for my boyfriend including a card, table decor, and customized menu! There was even more, but I don’t give it all away!! The food was also phenomenal. Steaks were cooked to perfection and our waiter (Sean) went above and beyond, even when I wanted to change my meal selection kind of last minute. I was feeling indecisive! lol I got the bone in ribeye (22oz), while my boyfriend got the fila mignon (12oz). The sides were shareable and we chose mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, both were so yummy. Ambiance was also perfect. It was moody but still enough light. I loved our experience, and we already reserved our table for Valentine’s Day!! I can’t wait to return.More infoMorton's The Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.4

- LLezziePittsburgh / Western PA •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 18, 2024Had an excellent dinner here while in town for a conference as this was located in our hotel. Menu was diverse but also had some staple items which is nice when travelling. I enjoyed the Lumpia appetizer and the Egyptian entree, both very tasting and well presented. The cocktails were well crafted and the server friendly and personable. Thank you for a nice dinner!More infoChristian James at The Joinery, Curio Hotel by HiltonPrice: Moderate• International• Downtown•3.9
