This was our 23rd visit to Alavita and though we missed Tina, Morgan took great care of us - never rushed but he kept unintrusive track of us. Calamari perfectly fried, not greasy. Generous Caesar salad, split with anchovies - crisp and fresh. I had King salmon with caponata - perfectly cooked salmon, nice crispy skin. My husband had Cacio e Pepe ravioli in a light lemon butter sauce - very nice. We ended with the budino - always a treat. This place is consistently terrific!

The food and cocktails were amazing and the service was good. We ordered too much! Stick to two proteins and you’ll definitely have less leftovers and more money left in your bank account! One of the better dining experiences we have had in Boise.

Open Table nailed it! While on business travel I requested five star dining in Boise and they sent us here. Valet parking, friendly greeting, excellent service, and delicious food. Highly recommend the bison meatloaf and the beef & portabella stroganoff.
