- CCristinaSt. Louis •12 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoLorenzo Trattoria is a lovely low key place that’s comfortable and reliable. Most importantly, the food is good, if not stellar, AND you can have a conversation at your table without shouting over your plates! The house salad is one of my faves on the menu. Last time, we went, I had the orecchiette with eggplant which was delicious (half of the portions would be enough for most people). My husband chose the special (clams spaghetti) and it was a bit dry. Also a huge portion. The waiter Antonio was funny and helpful. A nice and delicious chilled Tuscan Vermentino accompanied our dinner. All in all, a lovely summer evening with no frills but very enjoyable.More infoLorenzo's TrattoriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• The Hill•4.8
