- JJames1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFantastic experience! We decided to grab a spot at the bar so we could catch the Knicks game, which made for a fun vibe. Alex, our bartender, was super friendly and really knew his stuff when it came to food and drink recommendations. We went with the prime ribeye steak for two, and it was cooked to perfection—medium rare with a nice crust. We also tried the seared scallops with bacon vinaigrette, which were absolutely delicious. The kale Caesar salad was made with whole anchovies--which can be a divisive prep but they really pulled it off. Highly recommend.More infoEssexPrice: Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Lower East Side•4.4

- RRajaniNew York City •11 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe pizza is stellar -thin crust which we all loved. The sesame vegetable pizza was surprisingly wonderful and all of the pizzas (sausage broccoli rabe and provola e peppe) had great flavor. Four of us shared three pizzas, and the caesar wedge salad (which was excellent). The thoughtfully curated selection of beers (cherry oud and orange blossom were new to us:) and added to our overall experience. We had a lovely time and appreciated the relaxed ambience in the space overall. (Also love the Chicago connection- as it’s a truly great city for food:)More infoMoody Tongue PizzaPrice: Expensive• Pizzeria• East Village•4.6
