Goodman es una interpretación británica única del estilo a la parrilla de Nueva York, que ofrece la mejor carne de ambos lados del Atlántico. La mayoría de la carne que se sirve en el restaurante de Mayfair es de rebaños USDA procedentes de Nebraskan y alimentadas con maíz. Sin embargo, también ofrece carne de diversos tipos de ganad un poco más extravagante provenientes de Lake District, incluyendo Belted Galloway, Shorthorn y el Longhorn Cattle. Los otros filetes son de ganado de Australia alimentado con granos y Wagyu proveniente de Japón y Chile. Me gustó mucho pero creo que la atención al cliente a decaído un poco empezando por la recepcionista de la entrada que es poco amable y amistosa pero en general me gusta mucho. Rápida atención, poco tiempo de espera y la comida está buena
