This is not just a dining experience — it is a masterpiece of sensory immersion. From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped by an atmosphere of grandeur and elegance that feels both regal and intimate. The architecture alone is worthy of reverence, with soaring ceilings, intricate details, and an undeniable sense of luxury woven into every inch of the space. But the true magic lies in the dining experience itself. Every dish is a revelation. The flavors are not merely balanced — they are orchestrated. Each bite feels like a journey, with layers of taste unfolding on the palate in ways that linger long after the plate is empty. The attention to detail is astonishing — from the presentation of each dish to the thoughtful selection of ingredients that feel both classic and innovative. Even the seating feels intentional. Plush, inviting, and perfectly arranged to create a sense of intimacy while still allowing you to drink in the beauty of the surroundings. It’s clear that nothing at The George is accidental. Everything serves the experience. This was more than a date night — it was an encounter with beauty, artistry, and indulgence in its highest form. Five stars do not feel like enough. If you’re looking for a space where luxury meets warmth, and refinement meets wonder, The George is not to be missed.More infoThe GeorgePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.3
- JJULIASeattle / Eastern Washington •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThere is nothing better than taking one's 8 year old granddaughter to her first High Tea at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. Our server, David, was delightful. He was attentive and spoke to Fiona directly like she was his favorite guest. David made our experience even better. The tea and towers were delicious. Thank you for an incredible afternoon.More infoAfternoon Tea at Fairmont OlympicPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Downtown•4.6
