I've always loved visiting the Watergate Hotel for its fantastic spa and restaurant! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of celebrating my friend's birthday there. We treated ourselves to afternoon tea, and our server Brian was just the friendliest! The service was top-notch—so warm and attentive, which truly made our celebration even more special. The entire staff was wonderful, and we had an amazing experience, just as we always do. Can't wait to go back!

Great tea and great food. Our favorite place to go for afternoon tea in DMV area. We've tried Ritz and Waldorf as well; St. Regis does it the best!

Beautiful tea service, scones were very good, however, some of the pastries were too sweet. Should try to cut down on the amount of sugar.

Best tea ever with awesome harpist & service & extensive tea options

Younes was our server and provided us regular attention taking care of all of our needs. Food selection and quality was outstanding. The suckling pig was great. Brisket was a bit of a miss for me but really enjoyed the Red Snapper dish. The lamb was a bit well done but the Duck Confit and leg of Iberico ham were both incredible. Seafood selection was snow crab claws, mussels, clams, oysters, lobster tails, along with sushi and sashimi. They had seafood paellas, pasta station, every fruit, bread, spread, cheese, parfait, tart, salads, omelette station, and more. The dessert was equally creative as it was decorative. There was something for everyone and I guess that's what it's all about. Highly recommend.
