Best Restaurants for Afternoon Tea in Carrollton

We enjoyed the wide selection of offerings and found something for everyone - including dessert! Our waiter was pleasant, patient and informative and kept our beverages replenished.

I have been a fan for years so great as usual for me. I thought the service was particularly excellent this time. Nice time with a friend having lunch!
