El restaurante está abierto para el almuerzo, cena, brunch y bebidas. La estructura original del edificio fue construida en 1927, y fue la primera escuela de Dallas para niños hispanos. Además de la estructura original, Harwood International conservó el mural llamado "Our Lady of Guadalupe" que sirve de punto de referencia del jardín. En el primer nivel del edificio de ladrillo de dos pisos está el Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar y en el segundo nivel el Museo Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection.
