    We had a family celebration and felt so welcomed from the moment we entered the restaurant. We had Marvin the awesome server who took such good care of us, had many courses ending with espresso martinis!! When we told the front door just that it was Lisa’s birthday, he came back with the specials menu with a Happy Birthday Lisa header…what a personal touch….we had a fabulous time and enjoyed the food the ambience and excellent service!!     I love varka. Food is Great. Servers could be a little friendlier and beautiful restaurant. I save my visits there for special occasions because dinner menu is a bit pricey. Great lunch menu too! Fixed price menu for lunch and you get a lot for your money!
