    My husband and I had a lovely brunch of homemade challah bread French toast surrounded by berries and drizzled with the most delicious creamy maple sauce. It’s too bad I didn’t take a photo because the presentation was beautiful. Our server Dillon was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back!

    First visit but it will not be our last. Some issues with parking, but overall restaurant experience was outstanding. Logan our waiter was extremely attendant - never had to think "where is our waiter". For a table of 5 including a 10 year old, every order was better than expected. We spent considerable time sharing so we could all judge separately - every item was amazing down to the sherbet triio for dessert.

    We had a great experience at the George. We sat outside on the deck overlooking the Cape Fear River. We started with 2 delicious appetizers (crab dip and tuna)- our party of 5 each ordered a different entree and we were all very pleased with our meals. The desserts were great as well. The service was perfect. Our waitress was timely, nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend it to others.
