Javier was a fun mixologist! The vibe was fun. Met new friends that we will see later in the week. Different vibe than the beach places. I recommend.

We decided to have lunch here mostly for the environment of the restaurant. Our entrees were wonderful, we ordered the ceviche and truffle fries. Our mains were good, but we expected a bit more - both the chicken and the steak were a bit dry, however the dips (guac, pico etc.) were really good. Our drinks were amazing and our server Cory was wonderful, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu - which we appreciate, because we always ask for advice on what to order. All in all, beautiful restaurant, good service, and good food.

A group of us attended a mixology class, and it was fantastic! We learned a lot about crafting cocktails and had a lot of fun. The service from Remko was outstanding and the cocktails were so delicious. I highly recommend this experience!

This was our second dinner with King, Fred and Princess Diana. We also had breakfast there as well. We found it to be very unique in the setting being in a windmill ! It had a lot of charm and a lot of history. Our experience was personal and amazing. Marloes was our server, she’s not only made the best Cosmo I have ever had, but she explained everything very well and was very personable and kind. Our food was delicious. I had the cod with risotto. My husband had chicken cordon bleu . Both were prepared beautifully and served hot on a previous visit. We had the drunken chicken along with the mustard soup and the tuna appetizer are very well prepared as well and served with a smile.! we highly recommend this unique establishment. On some evenings, you can go upstairs to the top of the windmill and enjoy a beautiful view which we did take in last night with the sunset. There is bar service up there as well. Thank you very much. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again.
