On October 4th, 2022, the Dutch Red Windmill welcomed Fred and Diana as its new proprietors. Diana, known for her beloved spot "Diana's Pancakes" near Barcelo, previously owned a similar pancake restaurant next to the windmill.Fred is recognized for his former restaurants: Chef's Tables, 2 Fools and a Bull, and Fred Restaurant in downtown Oranjestad.Together, they launched "King Fred & Princess Diana," all inside the iconic windmill.Diana serves Dutch pancakes in the morning, while Fred prepares home-cooked comfort food in the evening.
