• Pizzeria • West Village
Booked 53 times today
A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). Please note, there will be a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for guests so we can fairly utilize our limited capacity. Our outdoor dining is enclosed with heaters that will keep you toasty! Thank you :)

Our waiter Dyonne was a great pleasure to have! They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we needed anything or had any questions. Additionally a sweet, funny, and friendly individual! We very much appreciate the refreshing hospitality. RH in NYC is a definite must if ever in the city and a staple for those in the area long term.

Lovely food, wine & service! But it’s a tight searing in the A La Carte section. We were fortunate to have two four-tops on either side with fine “indoor voices”. And the prices are a bit dear, so the very. casual look of the restaurant can result in a hefty bill.

Very cool to be in such a beautiful historic spot. Beautifully done interior to honor that. Great service from Brandon and others. Great booth. Quiet when we arrived 5:40 very pleasant then got too loud for us when we left at 7:25pm. Food: Not great salad options in my opinion, not enough varied options for a big vegetable eater. AMAZING bread. Husband loved the oysters. Fabulous market fish with excellent side greens. Delicious side of mushrooms. Cauliflower main — good… the citrusy spicy mash with is is overwhelming in my opinion too sour and too spicy. But the cauliflower itself was good. 🙏 overall quite excellent.
