Food was good but not outstanding. Ambiance was nice, was a busy vibe between the weekday 1-230pm lunch. Felt understaffed as we consistently had to “ask” for things, such as water and drink refills, bread, check etc,. Our waiter was not attentive at all. Likely will not return as the experience as a whole didn’t meet expectations for this $50-$75 per person price point.

We had a fabulous experience last night at ZUMA celebrating my husbands birthday. The service was outstanding- I am pregnant and our server was so accommodating to ensure I had an excellent meal given some of my restrictions. The food was out of this world!

It seems to have past its golden age. The restaurant needs a revamp. The sides were too salty and bland. However, they definitely still have a great lobster roll. But that’s all that they had to offer to help justify the high price. You don’t get what you pay for. It has transitioned from something that was once special to a blah chain.

Service was great, and food was quite good. The beer choose was good for such a small place, but value was not great.
