Best Waterfront Restaurants in East Norwalk

We are frequent visitors of The Wheel. We are always impressed by the cocktails, food, service and ambiance. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more. We have lived here for 6+ years and believe The Wheel is by far the best restaurant in the Stamford metro area.

Only reason 4 stars on food due to ordered burger med-well and got it med-rare. If I send it back, what does my guest do w/his salmon? That one issue aside, it is a top-shelf experience. and would definitely return.

Steaks were cooked perfectly! Garlic bread was fantastic service was excellent! Sal and his crew never disappoint! We will be back

Food, ambiance, value were all great. The ONLY deduction in the star rating is that the service was a little “pressing.” It was a Monday, and there were some (but not many) other clients. My colleague and I had a lot on which to catch up … we wanted a leisurely time over drinks to talk. We had to (politely) ask the waiter to allow us the time before ordering food … twice; we did order drinks, however. The food was spectacular … we will most certainly come again.
