Located on the roof of the Westgate Shopping Centre, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam.     A very good lunch. One had a very varied and tasty risotto. I had an excellent, well balanced shepherd’s pie with firm carrots snd a minted pea puree. Great treacle tart to follow. One of us had the special dessert— a complicated ice cream with little chunks of diced fruit and coconut. Served in a tall glass. All very well but impenetrably deep frozen. Spoon would have given way first. Waiter returned and wasn’t surprised to find it needed a blast in the microwave. Said most diners asked for the same follow up, raining obvious questions about concept or storage or both! Otherwise a good afternoon…

    The Manor, Garsington is an exceptional place to dine. My wife and I both agreed just how much we enjoyed the food and service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m in a conundrum to share just how first rate they are because I want to be selfish and keep them a secret :) I have to be honest and say, I cannot recommend them enough.
