Best Vegan Restaurants in East Colfax

The only thing better than the Drive-Thru Burger (2 smash burgers) & Pig In The Orchard (smoked pulled pork sandwich), was the fantastic service and attention from Charlie! This was our first visit to The Pig & The Sprout but all 4 of us were impressed and said we'd be back.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the burger with a side of the carrots and my husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were so good. Glad we shared! And our server was so friendly and attentive!

Food and drinks were both fantastic! We sat at the bar and Luis was very attentive and kind! Nicola and Meryl were both managers that checked on us and made us feel very welcomed and cared for!

We wanted a restaurant with an interesting ambiance and Elephant definitely provided this. The interior is an artwork and it was fun just looking at it. The weather was lovely and we sat near the open windows. Service was attentive and pleasant. The food was good, but nothing special, I would call it comfort food. I felt that I could prepare our dishes at home myself just as successfully. But when you're a vegetarian dining in Denver, you are often grateful just to having something to order other than the extra large salad. The drinks were very good.
