Another incredible dinner at Fabian's! The friendly greeting and seating by Skye, the wonderful ambiance of the patio, attentive service by Sandy, as well as bussers and the expo. Cocktails and the wine list were outstanding. Standout appetizer was the cheeseboard with perfect peaches, honey, and nuts. The baked ziti and the braised short ribs were both delicious, and the Orange Crème Brûlée was amazing. Really well done from start to finish

Food was excellent as always. And service was excellent by Erik our server.

Overall, the experience was very good. The food was fantastic and the wine selections were strong complements to the dinner dishes. Service was good throughout the dining experience. Noise levels were a little higher than I prefer.

Incredible culinary experience! Highly recommend the Sassenach cocktail, Pacific Black Cod dish and the Grilled Broccoli. The pistachio dessert was also outstanding. Oysters were a bit small but fresh and delicious. Charming food server Vaiva and wonderful host!
