We have always loved Chapter One and it continues to deliver. Unfortunately my husband felt poorly and we had to leave early, but the staff were kind and attentive and sent us home with doggie bags.

We visited for a birthday celebration last night and the table was already decorated with a welcoming birthday message on a chalkboard. A very sweet touch! Our table overlooked the runway and we enjoyed watching various aircraft taxi-ing including a spitfire! The food was well cooked and presented - portions were generous. The birthday boy (75!!) was given his dessert on a platter with a birthday message written in chocolate and a candle to blow out.

Decor tasteful, Service very good, food outstanding, not your typical run of the mill Indian restaurant, Raasa is in a class of its own. Quality over quantity. Not cheap but well worth a visit. I hope this restaurant becomes a success story, we will definitely be returning soon! Thankyou for a very enjoyable experience Raasa!

Food & service were fantastic. Tables & furnishings a little basic but really enjoyable experience.

Great friendly welcome and good service throughout. Food is pub grub but with a couple of interesting dishes on the side. Fish and chips average, but harissa roasted cauliflower very good. Will go back.
