キッチンツアーまでさせていただき、キッチンの中でシェフ含む全員の方と記念撮影させていただきました。大変嬉しかったです。哲学感じる料理ばかりで、とても刺激を受ける料理の数々。素晴らしい。またサービスが最高だった。ミシュラン店を数多く世界中回っているが、私に対して本当に素晴らしい対応だった。1人で訪問したのにも関わらず。

初めてのSan Francisco旅行で、友人と2人で行きました。英語が喋れないですが、スタッフの方が分かりやすく気さくに教えてもらい感謝です。お料理も最高でした。帰りのタクシー手配もすんなり受け入れてもらい、最高のディナーでした。
