Best Seasonal Restaurants in Wallingford

After a less than perfect walk, we arrived here grumpy and sweaty, but the amazing food - really world standard - soon put a smile on our face. We had a selection of small platters - tapas really - along with excellent skinny fries. The Pica Pau was really outstanding, and the asparagus was delicious too. A cut above most pub food, and the service was attentive and friendly, despite the place being very busy. Excellent!

The food is outstanding and so is the service. I think about the french toast and brunch cocktails from five little pigs constantly, if I could eat here every day, I would. The service is attentive but not overbearing and the atmosphere is so friendly and chill.

Delicious food in an old house setting. The setting could have come out of Jane Austen era. Not fancy, but interesting and delicious English fare. On a sunny day, we could dine outside on the lawn or inside.

Fabulous food, really excellent and friendly service, dog-friendly and a really pleasant garden with shaded tables and proper chairs, rather than benches. Highly recommended.
