The atmosphere was great! Cons: We made reservations & selected Outdoor seating - only option available. When they started to seat us they took us to a noisy (large groups) main room. We asked for outside & were informed that regardless of the reservation, it was only if space was available & it might not be. The seater did not seem happy with us, asked us to wait & ignored us each of the many times he passed. We waited 15 more minutes for our outdoor table even though there were a few tables (for 2) outdoors close to the rose gardens. When they finally sat us, they sat us next to the kitchen door where servers spoke “Door” every time they approached & it was the path to restroom for non-guests if the restaurant. The tables for 2 remained open during our entire lunch. Why we were punished for requesting an outdoor table when that’s what we reserved was disappointing. The Miso Salmon entree is over the top delicious! 😋 Really, nothing is “average” here. All the food and service consistently out ranks anything in the area (by far)!

For a hotel restaurant it was very enjoyable. The food and service made for a good time

I took my mom and abuela to this High Tea and had the most beautiful experience! First off, the ambiance of the hotel was very nice, quiet, and relaxed. I picked this location over other tea houses because it had the elegant look I wanted for my abuelas birthday. We all dressed up in cute dresses with tea hats and didn’t feel out of place being dressed up here! When we arrived, they had our table sectioned off with privacy screens, it was a nice touch to make the experience more intimate! Our server was very polite and helpful! Most of all, the chef Layla came out to tell us what was on the menu for our tasting! Everything was absolutely perfect! The food is served in small bites, but don’t be fooled, all 4 of us were so full we couldn’t finish everything! Every bite was delicious, I was especially happy with the yuzu egg salad bites, so creative and perfect bright flavor! I’m 100% coming back for more, thank you so much to the staff for making it a memorable experience for me and my family!! Love it here 🥰🫖🍰

My partner and I ate there for an early, low key New Year's Eve dinner. We order a lot of food but that enabled us to try more variety, and then we had enough for another dinner at home the next night. We started with Crab Soup with Fish Maw. Delicious, and generous amount of crab. It was hard to stop with one bowl but we had to leave room for the other dishes. The Sea Scallops with Asparagus was also excellent. We ate all the scallops and took home some of the asparagus. Then came half a Roasted Duck which was a lot of skin and fat. It was better as leftovers when we could cook a lot of the fat down. We also ordered a side of Pea Leaves in Special Sauce. They tasted like peas but much more delicate, which we enjoyed. If we weren't passing through we would already have plans to return.
