Best Romantic Restaurants in Midway

My wife's halibut was top shelf, as were the drinks (a mocktail, a cocktail, one glass of Cab); The desert (tiramisu) was very good and enough for two. My fillet was cooked right and presented well but whoever selected the meat or trimmed it needs to up their game. We sat by a window and really enjoyed views of the lake and mountains. The service was friendly and adequate but the way every small task was delegated to a different person (our waiter seated us, took our order and checked back during our meal; another person brought our drinks and refilled our water; yet another person brought our entree's; and finally, another person brought our check, which was done electronically) felt impersonal. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, but when I waited tables as a young man, I took care of EVERYTHING but seating my customers, and I felt like the people I waited on left feeling like friends and not strangers.

We enjoyed the Easter brunch! The host and servers were very gracious and accommodating.

Best fish and chips for lunch in the area. Beautiful restaurant, good service, nice music and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Love the idea of a mid- week dinner for two! My husband ordered the green salad and salmon. I opted for the Caesar salad and short rib gnocchi. Both choices were delicious and huge portions! Thankfully, our dessert was the perfect portion, but we were so full! Highly recommend, the Zermatt chef is very talented!

Great food. Full bar. Great prices. The only thing I would have liked better was to have the lights dimmed 😊
