    The Prime Rib is one of those enduring institutions that continues to provide impeccable service and top notch fare, in a timeless atmosphere that provides a great location for celebrating a birthday with friends. The steak and accompaniments were consistently good, as were the mixed cocktails (the martinis in particular!) that were excellent. It's always a treat to dine with The Prime Rib as they are truly a gem of a place to enjoy a wonderful meal in a beautiful old world environment. Most notable, they always have the most professional and attentive team, providing stellar service. from the experience of the front man, to the servers, to the bar/mixologists. We like to frequent this location but don't come often enough. We will be back!
