Exceptional food and confident assured service. Portions very generous, I couldn’t finish my main course (chicken peas, aubergine & courgette) despite it being absolutely delicious. A really good lunch was had. Was my 5th lunch visit (down from London) and I will definitely be back for 6th, 7th….and beyond. Post lunch in St Leonards is great fun with vintage shops, beach and bar hopping. Many thanks 👍

An excellent local pub that serves good food and diverse range of interesting beers, wines and cocktails. Small plates available if you don't want a large meal, although these were generous enough. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Staff are friendly. We went during Pirate Weekend so probably noisier than usual but it is a good, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend and best to book a table.
