We took our LA-based son to SELINE for his 40th birthday. It was in every way a special occasion. In the days leading up to our reservation, I exchanged several emails with SELINE, in which they sought to understand our preferences/aversions. On arrival we were warmly welcomed. The service was attentive and informative. We loved the atmosphere. But the real star was the amazing food, which was diverse and well paced. The wine pairings were excellent. The non alcoholic pairings were imaginative and brilliant. Bravo Chef Dave!
