El hogar original de Fergus Henderson, el "Nose to Tail Eating", abrió sus puertas en un antiguo ahumadero situado en la esquina del mercado de Smithfield en 1994. Nos ha cambiado por completo la percepción de la comida Británica. Sabores intensos, súper bien equilibrados, de apariencia sencilla, pero muy complejo en su conjunto. Un 10. Repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad.
