Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. We have been to Chez Crix about 5 or 6 times over the past year. Every time it keeps getting better and better. The food is phenomenal and the laid back rustic chilled vibe of the place is so fun and real change from what yiou get at most restaurants. The wine list is exceptional and have never had a bad wine yet. Plus they know their drinks so you can ask the staff to make you pretty much anything and they will know. I highly recommend this place. Defintely one of my top 5 restaurants in sydney.

The lunch set menu is extraordinary value. I have brought several sets of work colleagues here and all have completed the quality of the meal and the quantity of the food provided.
