Beautiful restaurant over looking the river. Food was amazing and the staff were great. The issue we had was it was far too hot to properly enjoy the meal. 30 degrees outside and no sign of AC on or working in the restaurant.

We had an excellent meal, celebrating my partner’s birthday. It’s been a while since we’ve been to the Bird in Hand - and the food was really excellent - we had a particularly lovely seafood platter - delicious, creative dishes, presented beautifully. The serving staff are attentive, helpful, and more than happy to advise. The restaurant has a really good open and spacious atmosphere - but the decor is now just starting to look a little tired - but still a very comfortable space to enjoy the excellent food. We must remember to come back more often!

Had the Bottomless Roast. Superb. Veggies catered for. My teenager wanted a burger (not on the menu) and they happily made this for him. Service great. Some music would have been a nice touch. Will be back for this for sure. ☺️

We had a fantastic dinner at Efes last night, with another family, and the experience was well worth it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive—despite being busy, they made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, exceeding expectations in both taste and presentation. While the atmosphere was lively and at times a bit loud, it only added to the vibrant energy of the place. Prices lean toward the higher side, but the excellent service and overall experience more than make up for it. Efes delivered a great night of delicious food and top-notch hospitality
