Lovely establishment,very modern and clean The service was very good on our visit.We were a booking of 7 people and all enjoyed their meals apart from one.He ordered a steak cooked medium to well done,unforunately it wasn't and was served quite bloody.We notified the staff and very courteously it was taken away and another steak was brought out but that was cooked and served exactly the same.Not wanting to complain again we carried on with our meals.Overall a lovely dining experience but maybe the steak cooking and serving needs addressing

Only had the half price cocktails which were excellent. However, visited number of times, think the Puffin Rooms is an amazing place , staff great, but always disappointed so few people there.

Great beers, food, ambience and service!! Three piggy burgers are excellent as was the duck stir fry with veg special! April who served us was a delight and very personable. Just what you need for this role.

A very extensive menu, with something for everyone, good service with a smile, and tasty meal was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you

Nice meal again handy being near the Lancaster University to take our daughter out for a meal A bit busy in the bar area as a football match was on but everyone was friendly and staff polite and helpful Enjoyed our meal once again and the atmosphere 😊
