Walls are covered in beautiful custom-made wallpaper, painted tin tiles on the ceiling, windows open to two patios as weather allows and a larger-than-life mirrored bird sculpture overlooking the dining room. Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger.
