Enjoy a wonderful dining experience with family or friends at Carelli's. Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. Guests can dine on baked jumbo shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta , the classic chicken parmigiana or shrimp scampi. Artisanal pizza, calzones, and paninis. Awsome Gluten-free options are also available. Carelli's was the winner of the Daily Camera Reader's Choice 2002-2020 award for Best Italian Restaurant and ambiance. It also has won awards from the Denver Post and Boulder Weekly magazines. It has an awesome bar scene and an extensive wine list. Carelli's restaurant features daily fresh fish specials.

    Our server, Jennifer, was fabulous. She had amazing things to say about the menu and she was correct on all accounts. She gave us tips to do things outside of the touristy places and she was spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Jill’s.

    Although I usually come in with my wife, I had a business meeting and decided to go to Carellis. The food was delicious as usual. We were sat in the back room where it was a little bit quieter, but the elegant atmosphere was the same. Our service was perfect. While being on point and prompt, she was not obtrusive. Great job

    We really loved dining at Cafe Aion! It reminded me of dining in Spain so much! It’s a cozy, earthy spot. A bit loud when it was really bustling, but not annoyingly so. We’re definitely going back soon!
