Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Grantville

Had a small retirement dinner there and the manager, Tony, was so accommodating to early preparation with decorations. Wait staff was equally wonderful and attentive. Food was delicious. It was a really fun setting and a great time was had by all.

We finally made it to Fortunate Son in North Park and wow — what a vibe! The food was incredible, packed with bold flavors and made fresh. Every dish we ordered hit the spot. The ambience is super cool, retro Chinatown-meets-modern San Diego, and the service was on point the entire night. The best surprise? The prices! For the quality of food, drinks, and overall experience, it was way more affordable than we expected. Definitely a new favorite spot — already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a reservation and were promptly seated upon arrival. The staff were very friendly, and our waitress was attentive and informative. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The portions were generous, and the food was flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the variety of steak sauces offered. Highly recommended!!

Great food, great service. We sat at the rooftop on a beautiful, sunny day. It was really nice and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We took our 4 year old daughter. It’s very family and dog friendly.
