For over 3 decades locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. This 350-seat establishment has an open kitchen, large main dining room, full bar, outdoor balcony seating and two banquet areas. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections while relaxing and enjoying the expansive view of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country.
