Best Restaurants for Afternoon Coffee in Phillip

Our party came at a busy time on a cold but crowded evening. The ambience was pleasant but noisy, and the live piano was a wonderful change of background entertainment compared to other restaurants. The service by wait-staff was excellent and the range of food and dietary catering was highly appreciated. We shared a mix of entrees and then enjoyed individual main meals which were delicious. The sticky date pudding and coffee topped off a wonderful evening.

Good food and an interesting wine list, we really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere was light and casual, I'll definitely go back.

The lunch was perfectly priced, the service and delivery of food was friendly and timely especially for a workday lunchtime.

Service was friendly and fast. Food was mostly good. Cheeseburgers have some room for improvement.

Locale is a firm favourite for pizzas however one thing that bugs me is that the table always seems to end up crowded by the wire pizza racks. When there is also wine glasses, water glasses, side plates and starters also on the table, it all becomes very cluttered and the height of the pizza racks makes everything seem like an obstacle to be worked around. And this was only 2 small starters and 3 pizzas between 4 people on a large round table.
