Absolutely perfect evening We visited The Dabbling Duck during a short birthday weekend away in Norfolk, and it was honestly perfect from start to finish. The pub itself is beautiful — warm, welcoming, relaxed, and full of character without feeling overly fancy or pretentious. Exactly the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable. The food was excellent. Proper, well-cooked, delicious pub food with real care behind it. Everything felt fresh, generous, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole evening felt special without being formal. We had been looking for somewhere with good food, a nice setting, and a relaxed feel, and The Dabbling Duck absolutely delivered. It was one of those places where you leave already thinking, “We would definitely come back.” A brilliant pub, a fantastic meal, and a real highlight of our Norfolk weekend.
