Food and service both good, place was clean, live music that was playing was good

The decor and set up of the place was great. The service was efficient and fairly speedy given that it was busy. When the food arrived it proved to taste as good as it looked. Overall, it really was a great experience. My one negative comment was that I had to ask to change tables due to a very unruly group of small children whose parents had no idea (or intention!) of keeping them quiet or under control. I am a family man and understand the need to be child friendly but these children were awful and spoiled the meal of the people around them which, by that time, was thankfully not me! Whilst one can never legislate for poor parents and unruly children, maybe it might be better to designate one of the dining areas as 'child free' or alternatively one as 'child friendly' This issue did NOT spoil our experience of what was an excellent meal and service. Nice meal again handy being near the Lancaster University to take our daughter out for a meal A bit busy in the bar area as a football match was on but everyone was friendly and staff polite and helpful Enjoyed our meal once again and the atmosphere 😊
