I can walk to the Swan which I appreciate if I want to have a couple of drinks. Menu is quite simple, nice choice but service is excellent. Very pleasant & obliging staff. One of the chefs even came out and chatted. I had a really good breaded chicken escalope with spaghetti in a fresh tomato sauce. Couldn’t finish it as portion was rather large but very tasty. My friend had seafood risotto which she really enjoyed. Lots of seafood. A very nice evening.

The pub has a lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door, all staff friendly, service is quick and the food was so delicious. We didn’t feel rushed either which is nice. Would highly recommend, it’s has such lovely surroundings also.

A genuinely friendly welcome before being shown to our chosen table. Quickly served drinks and had the menu explained. Our starters and main courses were excellently cooked and presented. Each was also very tasty. No desserts were taken but generous Latte coffees finished off a good meal. The bill was quickly presented upon request and gave us good value for money.
