Simmer Huang launched on the market in 2004. The main feature of its dish is to apply the traditional cooking method of ‘simmering’ to modern catering. It is cooked completely by the water of the food itself, without adding water to the pot. We welcome walk-ins and no need to book, but you can book and secure your table for Lunch from 12 to 3pm Friday to Sunday and we also take bookings for our evening menu from 5pm to 10pm Wednesday to Saturday.
