    Great experience at Cut 158! Went for dinner before a show. Had Brussel sprouts with bacon as the appetizer and they were amazing! For dinner I had the bison filet and my friend had the petit filet. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and accompanied by a nice peppery béarnaise sauce- Outstanding! Our waiter John was super attentive and helpful, making an outstanding wine recommendation to pair with our steaks. The building is beautiful and every aspect of the experience was top notch.

    We had a great experience. Our server Shannon was amazing! Very attentive! The manager Patsy, was super nice and came by to see how everything was. We’ll definitely be back. Hats off to the chef for preparing such great dishes 😋
