Im Speisesaal, der in sanftes Jadegrün und Blassrosa getaucht ist, finden 50 Personen auf Sitzbänken platz, die sich jetzt ein klares Bild von der offenen Küche machen können. Die neue Speisekarte bleibt Adams Kochstil treu und umfasst Interpretation der großen Klassiker in ungezwungener und aufgeschlossener Atmosphäre. Die Küche präsentiert ein Drei-Gänge-Menü mit sechs Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen, mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Preisen. Die Weinkarte bietet weiterhin das großartige Angebot der „Chefs Weinkellerliste“ (Sie zahlen nur die Mehrwertsteuer und eine Entkorkungsgebühr). Im Hauptweinkeller auf der ersten Etage tragen 400 neue Weine zu mehr Quantität und Qualität auf der Weinkarte bei.
