The Grape Variety is a neighbourhood, independent wine bar, shop and restaurant, selling great wines and food from around the world, located just 2 minutes from Chipstead Railway Station.We opened in the spring of 2018 with the aim that a wine bar should cater not just to experts, but to all, so we created one where our guests could unwind at the end of the day with a great wine in a warm, friendly and genuine environment, whilst getting sound advice about which wines to enjoy, as well as to take away.For food, we offer quality artisan cheese and charcuterie, alongside dishes such as baked Camembert, bakery sausage rolls, hot chorizo and potato, hummus with a spicy sauce, Spanish pâté and the like. On Thursdays, enjoy our wood fired pizza pop-up and our legendary Quirky Quiz runs every other Wednesday. El Tinity ha vuelto a abrir sus puertas en octubre con la misma filosofía, cultura y equipo y con un ambiente nuevo y refrescante. Conserva su toque sofisticado y sigue siendo uno de los restaurante de más relevancia en Clapham. La zona de comedor al aire libre tiene capacidad para 24 personas. El comedor puede acoger a 50 comensales que ahora podrán ver sin trabas la cocina de planta abierta desde sus asientos de banquete. Está decorado en suaves tonos verde jade y rosa viejo. El nuevo menú mantiene la fidelidad a su estilo y refleja la interpretación que Adam hace de los grandes clásicos, en un entorno relajante y asequible. La cocina presenta un menú de 3 platos con 6 entradas/platos fuertes y postres, todos a un precio individual. La oferta de vinos mantiene una excelente relación calidad precio con la lista del chef (solo hay que añadir el IVA y el descorche). La carta ha aumentado en calidad y cantidad y se ha extendido a 400 etiquetas que están expuestas en la bodega de la primera planta.
