They have a bento box for $62 but I was concerned it might be too heavy for lunch, so I went with the 3 course option instead. I started with the yellowtail jalapeño in a light citrus sauce. All the flavors worked amazingly well together, a perfect start to the meal. I had the salmon (medium well) and crispy shiso for my main and I’m still thinking about this dish days later. The salmon was crispy on top and perfectly moist. First time trying crispy shiso leaves and they added a nice texture and flavor to the dish. I ordered a side of plain white rice as the main didn’t come with any accompaniments.
