Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. The service here was outstanding and the food was stunning— incredibly presentation. We had an awesome table, direct view to the kitchen where they were doing the plating (it was mesmerizing to watch). Waiters were so attentive and helpful. The food was so cool— it’s a lot of food so definitely arrive starving! Highly recommend.
