'The Crabtree, with its spectacular position downstream from The River Cafe,has a huge sprawling garden, a glazed colonnade and frontage on to theThames shaded by a weeping willow. The prawns in chilli hot oil and the toastspread with tomatoes and onions were good, so much so we ordered themagain when we returned for Sunday lunch. The main restaurant was very noisy so we sat in the bar which was delightful. A wonderful place and a view of the river. The food was good - although the pasta needed more flavour. Great place to meet with friends and a lovely room to chat in.
