- RRichardVIPChicago / Illinois •181 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThe beer list is extensive. The food was good, not great, but a wide variety of choices. Service was mediocre. Server not personable. Food was rushed. Server forgot salad order. 3% add on but can be removed. With a bit of polishing, this could be a really good place. We dined here before the Grant Park Music Festival. Nice sized order of bang bang shrimp app. Chicken tortilla soup was good.More infoSweetwater Tavern and GrillePrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6

- PPatriciaVIPChicago / Illinois •19 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoOur waiter, Jesus, was very attentive and professional. The menu offered a nice selection and we were all pleased with our choices. I went there on a "Field" trip with my book club. We had just finished Renee Rosen's What the Lady Wants and decided to visit Macy's while discussing the book about the life of Marshall Field. We all had been to Marshall Field's as kids and young mothers so the iconic Walnut Room led us on a nostalgic trip down memory lane as well as a great venue for our book discussion. We were pleased to see Mrs. Herring's pot pie, which was mentioned in the book, on the menu! Highly recommended!More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6
