Le Vallauris, ubicado en el corazón de Palm Springs desde 1973, al pie de las montañas de San Jacinto, ha sido el restaurante mejor calificado en Palm Springs Valley desde su apertura. El establecimiento es dirigido por su propietario, el conocido empresario de restaurantes Paul Bruggemans, que también era propietario del famoso restaurante Le St Germain en Hollywood.
